Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Please note that if you reside outside of Bulgaria, it may take longer than expected for your returned items to reach us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Some types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., cosmetics). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Right to Cancel (EU Customers)
If goods are being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
